By themselves, these methods are a prescription for failure – they don’t bring body and mind together. My program gives you the tools that help you manage stress, overcome emotional eating and bring balance to all areas of your life.
My name is Jane St. Croix and I am a Certified Personal Trainer. My philosophy is that your body is wise and intelligent and its natural state is health and fitness. When given the opportunity it will balance itself. Fitness Inside & Out teaches you how to get in touch with your body’s wisdom so you get in shape easily and naturally.

Fitness Inside & Out helps you develop a fun walking or running routine that you love. This program meets you exactly where you are, whether you’re getting off the couch or wanting to improve your fitness and past performance level. Experience the fun, camaraderie and exhilaration of training and at the end completing your own 5K walk or run, an accomplishment that helps you get stronger and healthier in all areas.
The program teaches you how to eat in a way that’s easy, balanced, enjoyable, tasty and satisfying so that healthy habits become your way of life. You learn the steps to managing emotions instead of eating over them and receive support and gentle accountability as you integrate new habits.
Intensive Paradigm Shift:
“A New Approach to Exercise!” Introduction to the tools and principles that lead to transformation.
“How to Easily Choose Balanced Eating” Further introduction to the tools and principles that lead to transformation. Practical methods you take home and apply to create immediate change.
Tuesday Group Walk/Run or Non-Impact Workout & Strength Training (Morning Session 7:00-8:00 or Evening Session 6:00-7:00) Comprehensive training plan and expert coaching help you cross the finish line for the first time or improve performance. Experience walking, running, or non-impact workouts in a different, more fun and satisfying way so it remains a way of life after the event is over. Improve fitness through honoring and deepening connection to your body and being.
Thursday Group Walk/Run or Non-Impact Workout & Strength Training (Morning Session 7:00-8:00 or Evening Session 6:00-7:00)
Immediately Followed by Thursday Weekly Group Support Sessions: (8:00-8:30 a.m. or 7:00-7:30 p.m.) Further instruction, gentle accountability and support in making balanced choices. Deepen understanding and apply principles to everyday life, maintain a daily practice of balanced living.
Saturday Group Walk/Run or Non-Impact Workout & Strength Training (8:00-9:00 Saturday mornings)
Participation in local 5K (3.1 miles)
Graduation & Celebration! Honor and celebrate your accomplishments.
What if you live outside the immediate area or prefer not to travel to Sacramento for every workout? Using phone, Skype or FaceTime you can still participate fully in the program and receive all the same benefits. When you register simply indicate that you would like to arrange remote participation.
